Signing in to Lekko without a password

1. 1Type your e-mail address on the sign-in page.
2. 2Open the e-mail from Lekko and press the sign-in link.
3. 3Confirm on the page that opens. You are in.

The link can only be used once and stops working after 24 hours. The confirmation step means the link is not used up by e-mail software that opens links automatically.

No e-mail? Check the junk folder, and ask for a new link from the sign-in page if you need to. It is always the most recent link that works.

My account

Under My account (on a phone: More → My account) you can change your name and your e-mail address, and delete your account. Deleting it takes you out of the organisation and signs you out — but the inspections and defects you recorded stay with the organisation.

• If you are the only user, deleting your account removes the whole organisation and everything in it, confirmed with a one-time code by e-mail.
• If you are an admin and there are other users left, somebody else has to be given the Admin role first, under Settings.

To close the organisation itself, an admin does that under Settings. It is confirmed with a code by e-mail, and it removes all the content and all the user accounts in the organisation — everybody gets a message by e-mail.

Signing out

On a larger screen, Sign out is at the bottom of the side menu. On a phone you find it under “More”.
